Jets Salary Cap

Going into this offseason, the Jets are about $10 million over the salary cap. Anyone want Favre’s $13 million now? If you do want him back…who do you want to cut to keep him? Remember, you must replace those you cut. And we still have to pay draft picks.

Cut him! Although, I still think we can win with him, but only if he wants to be here!

I think we need to find out what we have in our bench QB's and we have some holes we need to plug. Hopefully Mike T will work some of his magic with the cap and get us into the right situation. But as you mentioned...a lot of that rides on that 13m that Favre is holding hostage!
